Review Steve Harber's Skills & Knowledge The review is in context of my recent experience with Steve; regarding his single-minded, highly focused, dedication and resourcefulness in solving a significant problem for me to sell our house quickly within difficult circumstances and in a very poor market-place. The problem being; selling a niche house in a significant market slump, couched within a bad economy hence a very narrow spectrum of buyers. His diligence and professional approach in light of such a market was very supportive and encouraging when times were difficult and the pressure on. Steve’s frank, honest and mature approach delivered the appropriate level of reality checks and balances whilst fighting for the best market place return for our property. He is sufficiently tough when needed in such an environment that required market-place toughness and resolve. What amazed me; is; he expertly advised us with market-place ideas to best dress the property for selling with the most cost-effective ideas. He then physically helped achieve those goals set; particularly when things went south and put his own shoulder to the "grind stone". I talked to other agents and this is a characteristic they all recognise in him. I was amazed at the effort he went too; it was a given that he expected us to put in as much and obviously more; if he was to sell our house. Steve marketed and sold our house under time constrained pressure of a very tight time critical and dependent schedule; dictated to us by our circumstances. Steve achieved a very respectable outcome and has my respect as a client in assisting in solving our / my problem. I would recommend Steve to any prospective client that wishes to have a very genuine, heartfelt and dedicated professional sell their house for a very respectable profit.
