I commend Steve as a real estate agent with integrity, knowledge and client support. Steve evaluated our needs as well as market needs, which meant he matched the price and negotiations of the sale of our property which meant this was realistic and successful. I appreciated his direct and honest appraisals and suggestions at all stages during the marketing and sale of our house. He also is very pragmatic and hands on, not afraid to do the odd dusting or sweeping etc if we were away. After the sale, Steve was also still very much involved looking after and taking responsibility of any queries or needs of the purchaser. I hold Steve in high esteem and highly recommend him.
