Very happy with our result Steve was very good all the way through the process, he kept us informed of all clients that went through the property and their feedback. He has a first class knowledge of the local area and we would have no issue in recommending him and the team to any person thinking of listing their property.
Enlisted Steve's help to sell my property through his vast knowledge of the market put me at ease and was very confident he was the right man for the job house wasn't even on the market for a week before it was sold highly recommend Steve for anyone looking to buy or sell
When we decided to put the house on the market we took Steve up on his free market appraisal. We were impressed with his local knowledge and the care and detail of his presentation. The Marketing was spot on and we felt we were part of a team selling the property, In the end only one thing matters and we sold the house within the range we had set. Steve Delivered !
Having been 22 years since I bought a house, and the last 9 years renting, I wasn't sure what to expect. My home was the first place I loved, and the only place I made an offer on. Steve was extraordinarily helpful and friendly, and while I know he's initially engaged by the seller, I did not feel like I was being pressured under a hard sell. I definitely recommend him and it's no wonder he has a great reputation in the market. Thank you Steve.
Dealt mostly with Jamie Morrish. Jamie is a "Star Salesman" sold my home in under a week at a great price. He is a very professional, approachable and knows how to acheive the best price. I would highly recommend him and Ray White.

Steve is an effienct and knowledgeable professional who really listens to the needs and desires of his clients. We approached Steve with a difficult property to sell and, without hesitation, Steve came up with a direct, honest and effective sale plan. Steve kept up a constant line of communication, keeping us informed at every point of the sale process. He worked extremely hard to achieve our target price range, and provided us with excellent customer service. We highly recommend Steve! We will definitely use him for our next property sale.
