The purchase of our home in Tura Beach and the sale of our house in Merimbula was extremely successful, as a result of the highly professional actions of Steve Haslam and the Sails team. Steve is a great communicator with excellent knowledge of the real estate market in our area. We were so impressed with his attention to detail and rapid follow up every step of the way.

Steve kept us up to date all through our sale process and was really pleasant to work with. When the buyer raised some issues following building and pest inspection, Steve helped us resolve them to make sure the sale could go through. He was flexible with the fee structure and went over and above to get the job done. We were very happy with Steve as our agent.
