I always found Steve to be really pleasant, friendly and professional - he was always readily available for any questions I had, and if I ever had to leave a message, he was always extremely prompt in getting back to me. Feedback was regular and any changes we made to our marketing was done quickly. Even though it took a while to sell the house due to a difficult time in real estate around the country, Steve remained positive and upbeat, and stuck with it until we sold. I would definitely call Steve for any future real estate needs.

Steve has the ability to make you comfortable with his skill. He just gets it done. No complications with steve at all but it would be best in his interest and mine to have the contract filled out as per passport or drivers licence. This will help the process from the very start.
