Started off looking at one of Steve’s properties for sale and the way he handled that sold me the unit so it was a no brainer to get him to sell my unit and he did not disappoint. Excellent service all round and would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

I chose this agent because of the excellent work with the property as a rental. I thought I missed the auction date when I called 9 days before it was due to go ahead but Steve jumped at the challenge and the property - with pictures - were up that day. There was an open house 2 days later and further showings over the next 3 days. It went to auction 9 days later and I got my dream price - considering there was an additional unit for sale for considerably less in the same block I never thought it would sell for the price Steve was confident we would get. I highly recommend you take on board all his advice - which I did - and am so grateful for. As part of a larger team I had all my questions answered by any staff member who answered the phone or got a call back within minutes with any answers to my questions. You can definitely sense that this is a tight team with excellent communication with each other which all worked in my favour. If Steve hadn’t been prepared to give 100% to get the property out there in a super short time for auction I have no doubt it would have sat there - for considerably less - with all the drama of showings, offers below my asking price and negations ahead of me.
