Having to sell our “investment property” at a loss was a painful experience. Steve's professionalism in handling the marketing, sale etc. helped reduce the “pain”. If only we had met Steve nine years ago when we were looking to buy an investment property. We feel we might have had far better advice.

From past experiences I have always been a little put off by real estate agents as I have found many to be very pushy, fake and quite probing into your personal situation. Steve was the complete opposite of this. Whilst he was warm and welcoming, on our first inspection he left us alone to fully explore what is now our dream house. He didn't grill us for personal details or interrogate what our thoughts of the home were - he gave us time and space to process our own thoughts, feelings and finances. Even on our second inspection, Steve remained the gentleman that he is and we felt that we were dealing with a genuine person who wasn't into playing mind games with us and placing any undue pressure on us. When it came to the financial negotiations, Steve remained cool, calm and collected which set us at ease and the whole process was super quick and super easy. Buying our dream home through Steve was a stress-free and joyful experience. We appreciated Steve's warmth, kindness and caring nature - and can't speak highly enough of what a genuine man he is. We are in love with our new home so unfortunately we won't be needing Steve's services anytime soon - but can certainly recommend him as 'the real deal'.
