Steve was the second agent we had market the property. The first agent had listed the property in October 2019 until January. Well before cornavirus had an impact. We had little luck with previous agent and where only getting low ball offers. Steve came on bored drastically changed the marketing with much better photos. He started as the agent when corona was really throwing alot of uncertainty into the market. He continued to push on our behalf and we managed to sell in challenging conditions.
