I have used a number of agents in the past and I can very confidently say that Steve Hubbard is by far and away the best I have encountered. His professionalism, knowledge and eye for detail along with his courteous and friendly demeanor to both me as the vendor and to prospective buyers, was outstanding. Communication is vital in the relationship with an agent, particularly when I was in a different state to the property, as was indeed the eventual purchaser. Steve regularly communicated with me, so that I was aware of the current status of the property at all times. He also was extraordinary helpful with other issues, such as purchases and repairs to make the property more presentable. Therefore overall, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Steve Hubbard to any prospective vendors of property on the Sunshine Coast.
