Steve Irvine joins the team at Amber Werchon Property after a successful sales career in the surfing industry and over 13 years experience as a qualified teacher and leader in local and international schooling systems. His experience in sales along with his exceptional people skills, communication skills and empathy for others made it evident that he would make the perfect fit for the real estate industry. This experience has changed my perception of realestate agents.

When my father died late last year and it came time to sell his house, I was ready to go with the agents he’d been renting the house through. Then Steve called me out of the blue and was helpful & most importantly, honest, from the word go. I remember asking him at one point how he got my number & he was upfront and honest about that. This was probably the main reason I decided to go with Steve. He was helpful & honest throughout the process, had a good knowledge of the local Bli Bli market, which probably comes from the fact that he lives in the area, and lastly, he cared. He cared about us and was Incredibly helpful in explaining the local market to our family as we didn’t live in the area. Steve helped us organise to get the house clean & tidy and ready for sale. I only met Steve & his lovely wife after the house sold as l live in Victoria and this again reinforced the fact that they genuinely care and have a great deal of pride in what they do. I would have no hesitation in asking Steve to help me out again in the future if I ever need to. Actually, I think he’d be my first call. With thanks and much appreciation for all your work Steve.
