Great experience with terrific result

Steve waited a nearly a year from first asking for an appraisal till when our new house was finished and our Cashmere house was ready to go on the market. Kept in regular contact with us during that time. Told us exactly the areas in and around the house we needed to concentrate on to get it ready for sale and helped with trade connections to get these things done. The final sale result was above our expectations so we couldn't have been happier. Would recommend and we would engage again.
