Outstanding …. not just another real estate agent

My wife and I have had numerous dealings with a few real estate agents over the years and always found most of them to be pleasant and committed to selling our property well. However now that I’ve met Steve, it will be hard for me to accept mediocre any more ! Annie and I are fairly reasonable when it came to our expectations and readiness to accept offers that we thought; ‘Well that’s very good !’ But Steve, instead of accepting this, insisted that he could do better !! Now that was a very pleasant surprise to us ! Steves sole aim was the absolute best result for his client. This was so refreshing to us because his intentionality and his genuineness not only cemented our trust but also the trust of the buyers as well. He is absolutely dedicated to it even after many years of service and rather than being weary, he is intentional and very focused in achieving the best possible outcome for his client and the interested parties. I was so very refreshed every time I spoke to him and I highly recommend him, he has set the bar high in my mind for what a Real Estate Agent should be Well done Steve, we love dealing with you !
