My wife and I couldn't be happier with Steve and the effort he put in to sell our home. He definitely went the extra mile. He was willing to match the other agent we were considering for his fee and it was definitely money well spent. His marketing strategy was spot on and he got us a reasonably quick sale in a tough market. Even when we had agreed on a sale price he was able to negotiate a better price for us, even though it mattered little to his commission. We came to regard Steve as a friend and we can't speak highly enough of his professionalism and work ethic. Although our sale was to leave the area, should we ever move back to the Gippsland area we wouldn't even consider using another agent. We have recommended him to all of our friends and family.

I interviewed 6 different estate agents from Drouin. Some agents simply didnt see the beauty in our home and gave it what we considered to be quite low valuations and even suggested that it would be hard to sell. His marketing was spot on. We had such high numbers at the open for inspections and sold within a month. Through the whole selling process he kept us up to date and informed. The photographer was exceptional, and the marketing material developed was showroom quality - both the hard copy brochures and the web-based campaign. As research scientists, our top priority in assessing agents was the logic and rationale behind their pricing and marketing plans. Where other local agents faltered, Steve delivered in spades, aligning well with our read of the market and our property's place in it. The true test, though, was that Steve's predictions for how the sale would play out matched almost exactly with how it went - contrary to the other agents' advice.
