Easy sale for the Homelands agent, no genuine effort made on requested followups for information or re-inspection of or about the property. Whilst others who bought properties from Homelands received a gift item or such, I received and empty cold house that needed extensive cleaning, it appears Homelands property management had not ensured the previous (tenanted property) had been cleaned to an acceptable standard. Over-all disappointing experience from Homelands Real-estate both on the Sales and Property Management side.
