Steve came highly recommended by a college and from the very first day displayed the qualities which gave myself and Linda a firm belief that we had made the right choice. Steve was able to advise us on market value of the property, what type of marketing to undertake and simply went about the sales process in a totally professional manner – we really appreciated how Steve kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. Our apartment was listed on 5 May and went under contract on 13 May selling for full list price, but it did not end there. Steve continued to ensure all the conditions of the contract were met and communicated consistently right through to settlement – we have not had a more professional or stress free sale .
