So what do you look for in a agent when you are selling your home? A local agent? A agent who is selling alot of homes in your area? An agent who has a lower fee? When viewing a property to purchase he greeted us, asked for some details, asked what we were looking for to suit our family needs, we weren’t rushed out of the property we were viewing and he followed up the next day for our view on the property we viewed. We loved the photos and video that was taken but best of all the 3D walk through video was the icing on the cake especially if any interstate or oversea buyers were looking. We had two home open’s scheduled and our home was sold in a week to a buyer who attended the first home open.
