As you must already know we have had the block of land listed with 3 agents prior to R & W over a 10 - 12 month period. Of these three agents only one got a verbal offer whilst the other two did not have any success at all. All three agents held the property for sale for at least three months. I believe your approach to selling the block by introducing potential buyers to local builders and designers was a novel and clever strategy which obviously resulted in this positive outcome. Also your regular attention to follow up with interested parties and the feedback to us along with Cara’s professional handling of the administrative side of the sale was really impressive.
