Just as the buyer was beginning to get cold feet Mr Lane went on holiday. He did not give us any advance notice of this but left from one day to the next. Nobody from the agency contacted us until 48 hrs later after I had emailed him asking him to answer my unanswered phone calls. Please also note that I am not able accurately to rate Mr Lane's market knowledge as I have nothing to compare against or negotiation abilities as I have only his report of interactions with the buyer.

Steve's approach was very personable, he looked after my purchase as if I was a long-time friend. It was never too much trouble for Steve to respond to my questions and requests. I thank Steve for making my purchase seamless and trouble-free.
