We are very lucky and very fortunate for the creative and opportunistic thinking of Steve Lazaridis from Hudson Bond. We attended an auction, that unfortunately were not successful for. Having overlooked our disappointment, Steve approached us minutes after the auction to bring to our attention a property that was only 50-100 metres around the corner - a far better property - that was not even on the market, knowing that we could be interested in it. We were. He showed us around immediately, we fell in love with it and had an offer in and accepted within hours (all on the same day of losing at an auction on another property). We are very fortunate, the vendors and Steve have been excellent, very accommodating and respectful in the negotiation phase. Nothing has been too much trouble. We have managed to purchase our dream home, without any competition - a rarity in today's world. We would like to express our gratitude to Steve in the way he managed our disappointment of losing on an auction, but also respectfully present another an opportunity and see it through to completion.
