In December last year, when God asked me to sell my house in April next year, (mind you, I had not listened to God in the past by not giving up my job at the bank, which He had asked me to, which resulted in having to go through an armed, violent robbery from which He tried to protect me) I was convinced it was the right thing to do; He knows best. Now to find a good agent. Looking at the results of recent sales in our area, and also praying about it, Steve stood out among the rest. Steve was the only one who rang to make an initial appointment, the others knocked on my door, after having put in a request on 'Sell My Castle' online. Steve was spot on time, looked great and made the whole process easy and helped with referring a painter to help me get the house ready, who also were very professional with minimum fuss and mess. The auction date was set for second of May 2015 and the house looked fantastic. Everything from beginning to end was done professionally. Closer to auction there was one buyer who was so keen to have my home, that before the auction he sat down with Steve and negotiated an offer that was a great price for the property. Well, God had said sell in April, so I sold before auction and Steve made both buyer and seller very happy. Financial advisers now say I am a smart woman, selling at the best time. I would recommend Steve and his team to anyone selling or buying a home in our area. He knows the market and the area very well and has great negotiation skills. Looking forward to settlement day.
