Called Steve out of curiosity to see if my place could sell for what i had in mind. We discussed my price and what I would be happy with. Without any commitment on my part Steve came back 2 days later with a buyer 10k over my price. Without needing to market or fix up my place, saving about 12k in costs was sold in 1 week.

Not having any interaction with selling a home for 15yrs things have certainly changed. COVID hit us , no in home inspections , then on line auctions. Steve was agreeable to also work with a family member to take the stress of the older home owners. Very good outcome
