Steve did a fantastic job when selling our home in Batemans Bay. He is based in Canberra, but without hesitation he would jump in his car and drive to the Bay to open the house for a potential buyer. He would go above and beyond ensuring that the house presented well even going and mowing our lawn before one open house. He achieved a price for the home that we didn't think was achievable, and we were over the moon with the outcome. Steve sold our house in early February 2017. He made the entire experience of selling our house a pleasurable one, we moved out and he took care of the rest. He was very easy to deal with, had great communication skills and put in that extra effort for us,(even getting works quoted for potential buyers), this enabled us to sell our house for a street record. I initially thought that Steve’s appraisal of my property was ambitious however, I was happy to be proven wrong. Happily, I can say that he achieved an even higher price that what he appraised. As with these types of transactions not everything always goes smoothly, however Stephens maturity and constant communication made me feel at ease. I cannot recommend Stephen highly enough.

We had been looking for a home to buy intermittently for 6 or so months, and seriously for 3 months. In this time we would have seen probably 100 houses, and dealt with a similar number of agents. Without a doubt, Steve was by far the most personable agent we met. It's a pity the ratemyagent site doesn't include honesty and integrity (words not usually associated with agents!) as metrics, as we would give Steve 5 out of 5 stars for this too. Steve was able to identify the areas where I needed help as I was getting my house ready for sale. He drew me a time line that helped keep me on track, organised tradesman and negotiated a reasonable price for the work. He and I were on the same page when it came to marketing the property and the styling was definitely a great idea. I think it contributed to the final price and exceptionally quick sale which we were extremely happy with.

Steve showed patience and determination, never forgetting that he worked for the seller. We achieved a top end result that provided what we were looking for and in our view delivered sound value to the purchaser.
