Very happy with Steve

I recently sold my home in Renbold Place,Mulgrave. When I was considering to sell my home I attended a few auctions in my area.At one of the auctions close to my home I was impressed with the efforts of Steve Marolda who was assisting at the auction.Steve at that time was working for a different agency.At a marketing visit came to my home and convinced me to sell.Not much later he joined Boutique Estate Agency .He detailed to be the marketing program offered by Boutiguee and I followed him to be with that agency. Boutique marketing was impressive when it covered amazing photos of sections of my home in printed sales flyer and on the main board I was not going to renovate or finishing off odd jobs to my 40 years old house but Steve gave splendid advice on how to prepare my home to truly look a home for an enhance value.The members of my family and many of my friends from the Asian Australian Family Association which I was a President was amazed at seeing the change to my home. I was delighted when Suraj and his whole team visited my home. . Steve has communicated with me and another member of my family on feedback and updates after every open home inspection every 2 days per week,He also kept giving me up to date advice and guidance on offers presented. An undeniable credit to the Boutique team in particular to Steve in selling my old home.I am very pleased with the negotiations by Steve to obtain a price above the Reserve Price set.I have found Steve to be honest, accommodating and very professional and I have great pleasure in calling him a friend of mind.
