Steve was great to deal with in the property I just purchased. The house needs some work, so a building inspection report was undertaken prior to the Open House inspection. This provided an outlook into some of the work that would need to be undertaken, thereby enabling me to factor this in to my budget.

Prior to settlement he liaised with our third parties including organising a cleaner and gardener so we didn’t need to travel, and kept us informed regularly via email and phone.
