We saw Steve's signage for an open home while on our way to another open home for a unit in another building in the same complex. Steve had set up his open home so it was very easy to find and access the apartment (unlike a surprising number of the apartment open homes we attended). This was the first time we had purchased an apartment and Steve was very patient and concise in answering our questions about how Body Corporate operates, shared access and amenities etc. We viewed this apartment easly in our search and Steve gave us space to continue our search while keeping in contact to check we had all the information we needed. He did not pressure us to rush to purchase the property but made sure we continued to consider the property in our deliberations. Throughout the purchase process Steve provided useful information and was always available by phone if we needed an information or had any issues.
