Steve made the selling process so easy and kept us informed every step of the way. We felt confident with Steve's superior knowledge of the market and trusted his advice implicitly. We went with his excellent suggestion to provide property styling in our unit. We were really pleased at the final sales result, beyond our expectations! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steve Noakes and his team.

Steve and his brother Adam work so well together. They are very helpful and professional. They acquired an excellent result for us in just 12 days. We really were very happy with them & they kept us informed every step of the way. We would highly recommend them to anyone selling or looking for a new home.

Awesome experience selling our unit in Asquith with Steve. The selling process was seamless with Steve’s knowledge about Hornsby, Asquith and surrounding markets, we got a great selling result in the end. Highly recommend Steve if you’re looking to sell or buy a property.

Dear Prospective Homeowners It is my immense pleasure to recommend Steve Noakes for anyone searching for the ideal home or are wishing to sell through a competent, reliable and honest agency. There is nothing that escapes Steve’s attention when it comes to property selling in this area. This was my third dealing with the Noakes brothers’ as they are always highly attentive and treat me like family. You can be confident that Steve is always working for you, reliable in communication and will be there for you throughout the whole process, no matter what may arise. This engagement was a complicated and difficult situation due to two separate parties involvement. Nevertheless, Steve navigated the many complexities and obstacles with professionalism, ensuring my needs were attended to despite any hiccups. Steve is always positive with a ‘can do’ attitude, working tirelessly around the clock with passion. You could not wish for anyone better to be on your side and to look after your real estate interests. Constantly bright, bubbly, informative and positive, You! Steve was my lifesaver!

Life changing decisions like downsizing can be fraught with anxiety. Steve makes selling your home easy. He explains the process clearly and transparently every step of the way, gets the price you deserve and then continues the journey with you until you find your forever home.

Steve Noakes and his brother Adam were incredible from day 1. They are clearly so passionate about what they do. What we loved most was how down to earth and approachable they were. Our conveyancer was thrilled when she found out we were selling through them and referred to them as “movers and shakers”! They proved to be just that and much more. Between Adam’s way with words and Steve’s communication they make the ultimate team. We absolutely loved how they brought their whole office around to check out our listing and familiarise themselves with our place. It made us feel very special as clients. Thank you again for the unforgettable experience. If we ever sell again, there is no doubt in the world as to who we would call.

We found Steve and the STONE team to be extremely professional when selling our home. The experience of selling was stress free and we managed to sell within a short period of time. Steve and his team were always available to answer questions and give advice. We had a very positive experience and would not hesitate in recommending STONE to those wanting to sell or buy. Thank you!

We had the pleasure of working with Steve on the sale of our property at 48 Wall ave. Steve brings to table an astute understanding of the Asquith market. His advice has been genuine and purposeful. I'd highly recommend him

Steve made selling our property where we lived for over 20 years as stress free as possible. He worked hard to achieve our sale and was always available to answer our many questions with patience. Steve has a great knowledge of real estate in the Hornsby area and is passionate about the areas potential. I have no hesitation in recommending Steve and his team to anyone looking to sell their property.

The decision to choose Steve & Adam Noakes from Stone Real Estate in Hornsby as our agent was the right decision from start to end and it’s been great working with the boys. They are very professional and their enthusiasm helped us to enjoy the entire process that otherwise would’ve been very stressful. They worked tirelessly with a positive customer service focus. Steve has great knowledge of the market and area, shared his advice about advertising and open housing arrangements, always kept us updated with the sale of the property, giving us total confidence in his ability, especially when we were selling in a very unpredictable property market due to the Covid19 pandemic. Their team approach was well received, and they did a great job show casing our home with all the extra tools including a photo gallery video and sign posting the features of our home. The boys were always on time, honest and their communication was always open, quick and detailed. We have no hesitation in recommending Steve & Adam Noakes if you are thinking about selling your property. The boys are very diligent and are happy to go the extra mile to make the selling process run smoothly and achieve maximum results. Thank you so much! Vendor
