Steve & Jayne's intimate knowledge of the Secret Harbour market was highly beneficial. We actually spoke to them several years ago about listing our block for sale but didn't like the "low" value they quoted (which in hindsight was probably more realistic than the value provided by the agent we actually listed with, hence it didn't sell). This time around we were more receptive to their realistic appraisal and it sold within a very short period of time. It surely helped that Steve & Jayne live a few doors down from our block and Steve was able to 'sell the dream' of what it was like to live there, popping down to the beach before/after work, etc. Ahhh... if only we'd listened years before - we would have saved a bunch on interest payments, etc. and may have actually returned a profit on our investment!

Except for an initial communication misunderstanding I was really happy with Steve Payne of Payne Realty. He was able to get us into viewing times that fitted with our personal schedule and even did a second viewing and wrote up our offer on New Years Eve and then followed up the negotiations on New Years Day making the initial offer a very smooth and fast process. He made extra time available at our final inspection and quickly followed up with the sellers a minor issue that we had with which he helped to have rectified in 2 days.
