Steve helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent result by Steve!!

Steve Pentland is an experienced professional who knows the market and focusses all of his training and knowledge on the sale of your property. My property was not a straightforward sale. The steep block, stairs and small backyard does not appeal to young families or the elderly. His calm and assured approach is balanced with a well-placed sense of humour. Excellent marketing, many weekend open house inspections, and being available for personal inspections at all times, eventually paid off. He found the elusive buyer and achieved my desired sale price! I thoroughly recommend Steve Pentland to any prospective seller. You will not be disappointed!
