I dealt mainly with Steve during a recent property purchase. I have honestly never had a better experience with a real estate agent. Within 5 minutes of talking to Steve you will think you're simply talking to a friend & not an agent. Very personable & an exceptional knowledge of the area. If there was an extra star for all the categories above I would have given it!

If you're looking for somebody who knows the area, dont go past these 2 :) It's funny, we've lived in the same house for 8 years (bought off steve) and know a few people in the street, but when you stand on the front lawn with Steve, every single person that drives past waves and toots their horn and yells out "hi steve!" He's aware of who's thinking of selling and who's looking for what in the area and whats coming up which is invaluable knowledge if you're buying or selling. We listed with them, had the sign on the lawn at 2pm friday, open house saturday morning and an offer for the exact amount we asked for from that open home (something like 9 groups through) absolute champions and know we will be friends for a very long time to come :)
