I was having difficulty selling my property. I do not live close to my property. Steve took over and things changed. He knew what needed to be done...pricing, presentation, communication and advertising. He showed respect to the tenants in the property and had them onside..( very important when trying to get potential buyers through the property). Steve kept in touch with me during sale process which meant I had no reason to chase him up. All info was fed back to me promptly. The property sold, and Steve was still there through the whole sale process. I know he went beyond what other sales people would have done. We purchased our house on 08/08/18, not only a lucky date but a lucky day as it was the day Steve and Micki became our ‘house angels’. From our first conversation, Steve was awesome and helped us through a new process as we had only bought in other states. From that night, Both Micki and Steve couldn’t do enough for us. The true test of Steve was when we arranged to be there for the building and pest inspection only to find a massive leak from the bathroom through the wall. The minute the inspector advised us, Steve was on the phone to the owner and had contacted a plumber before we left! Repairs were done ASAP and cleaned up and on pre-settlement there wasn’t a trace of the problem. Micki and Steve are friendly, efficient, honest people. There’s a reason they have sold half the houses in our street and that’s because they’re amazing at their jobs and make you feel like you’re the only people that matter. Best ever!

Unfortunately there was a downturn in the market when we enlisted Steve & Micki to sell our property. However, they were open and honest about this, ensuring we kept things realistic. Although, because of this, we didn't get the exact price we wanted for our home, we certainly were very happy about the professionalism, patience, communication, support and speed in which they did sell the property. Our house had been listed with 2 other agents prior (90 day contracts for both!) and they failed to even bring an offer...!!
