After coming away from another sales agent which I had not been happy with their service. I decided to engage again with Steve Pertzel. Initially I had bought 44 Ingles Circuit, Arundel when he was the sales agent then for the property. He knows the area of Arundel well and has a wealth of knowledge of the current market in Arundel. He allayed my concerns in regards to selling my property and getting the best price for it, after I had many issues with the previous agent. Steve always kept the communication lines open even when he was overseas on holidays in Hawaii, he was keeping in touch via Facebook messenger and phone. He followed through that all requirements of the sale contract right up until settlement date. I found he had strategies ahead of time, if my house didn't sell within a timely period. Steve was always upfront and honest and I believe he had my best interests and the buyer's best interests at heart throughout the sale. Micki was available and contactable when Steve was not and was able to organise the handover of keys to the buyer. I couldn't find any fault with Steve's service and I would highly recommend him to my friend's and family.
