I've been a Principal of a Real Estate agency on the Gold Coast for 25 years. I had to deal with literally hundreds and hundreds of agents in that time. Steve handled our sale excellently. We have used other agents before but we found Steve arrived with no bs, just talk as the market is. It was a hard sell as the property was rather unique.
