Agent tried so hard to get this property sold and when things went bad (out of his control), he came back fighting. He could not have done more. Ultimately was sold for a very good price. He was always optimistic but also realistic with regard to potential buyers/sale price; he was always polite and obliging. Organised excellent staging, some minor repairs and paint job with minimum of fuss and for good price. I can heartily recommend him to another vendor.
