I engaged Steve Radi from Radi Estates to sell my investment property in Maylands/Inglewood. The property had not been renovated since being built in the mid 1980s. I requested Steve to recommend what renovations I should carry out and the impact this would have on a realistic sale price. This allowed me to estimate the return on the cost of the renovations and whether there was a sufficient cost benefit. I decided to complete the renovations recommended by Steve and after 3 weeks on the market my property was sold very close to the asking price and I achieved the cost benefit on the renovation I was seeking. Steve was highly professional throughout the entire sales process, kept me informed at all times and his input on the recommended renovations was spot on. I'd highly recommend Steve to anyone looking to sell their property in the areas in which he specialises.

We bought our home in 2012 from Steve. It was out first home and he helped us through the process which was all new to us. From the start, he took the time and showed us patience when needed and helped us secure our purchase. He picked up the phone whenever we called and although we lived regional, it didn’t matter and everything flowed. We later rented our home through Steve and RADI Estates for almost 7 years and although most tenants we great, there was one that left the house in a poor state. Our agent was amazing and she helped with all claims and following up the tenant to hold them accountable. To round out the whole experience, I’m 2022 we made the decision to sell our home. We live in remote WA and asked Steve to sell it for us. We did this because we trust Steve. We know that he’ll always do right by us and distance didn’t factor into it or make it any harder. Steve helped me substantially understand the contract as a first home buyer, and understand the process of real estate. He got the ball rolling quickly to ensure that the offer was presented promptly. He continued to do work behind the scenes in line for settlement, and he always delivered on time, although communication on the behind the scenes action would have made the experience even better! He continued to help me post settlement to liaise with the seller regarding matching the flooring for minor renovations.
