When I saw that Steve Radi of Radi Estates had successfully marketed a unit in the same complex as my investment property, I rang to try to find out what the unit sold for and how long it took to sell. Well, before I knew it Steve had found a buyer for my property at a very pleasing price. That took about forty eight hours and the finance approval and deposit were arranged within ten days. The settlement was also hassle free and happened as scheduled. I could not be happier with the way Steve handled this matter on my behalf especially after a disappointing effort to sell my unit, with a different agent, last year. On that occasion, I decided to withdraw my unit from sale and thanks to Steve's advice and efforts I am glad I had to wait.
