Thanks so much Steve for your time, effort and non stop work ethic to sell our house. Steve is hard working and brings a great knowledge of the market to the table when selling your property. He has amazing communication always letting us know what was happening, and kept the the sale schedule so we always knew what to expect. We had a quick sale with a contract presented the day the house went on the market, and then a follow up contract the first open home we had. The price was above our expectation, and we would recommend Steve to all our friends and acquaintances.

Buying a house is a difficult time - it's filled with a mix of excitement and uncertainty, rushing and waiting. Throughout our purchase, Steve was beyond brilliant.
