We asked Steve to sell our investment property a few years ago, and we knew that it was not going to be an easy sell. The market was in a bit of a slump at the time, and there were many more attractive properties on the market at very attractive prices that were ready to move into, where ours was looking for that special buyer who wanted more of a fixer-upper. Steve was committed to selling our property for the best price, he organised and managed open days regularly, provided consistent and detailed updates to us, he even organised for the next door neighbour to allow viewings on his deck so that prospective buyers could see the magnificent view of the Broadwater that was obscured from our block because of the heavily wooded nature of our block's backyard. And we were amazed when we received an offer which we accepted, admittedly it was for less than we needed, however in our experience other agents would have placed our property in the too hard basket and we would never had received an offer at all.
