Not your usual RE Agent (we all know what I mean unfortunately). From the moment I met Steve I knew I wanted him to be ‘our’ agent. After months of being screwed around, with multiple offers accepted, only to be “trumped” right at the end. My husband & I felt we couldn’t get a straight answer out of anyone. But Steve was genuine, knowledgeable and we instantly felt like Steve had everyone’s best interests at heart (ours & the sellers). He was transparent & honest with us - a real no bullsh*t attitude, which we really appreciated. I knew as soon as I walked in the door that the was OUR house! We shared our situation openly with Steve, who I really felt had a genuine interest in us as a family. Poor Steve because after we put in an offer I was pretty intense on Steve as we REALLY wanted this house but he totally understood, he made even opportunities for my husband to see the property outside of business hours and we felt like there was nothing he wouldn’t do! In fact, Steve was negotiating with the owners and us in a SUNDAY no less! Honestly, we found Steve to be the absolute BEST! Now that we have moved here, I see his name and photograph around here, with the title of agent of the year (many years over) and it’s no surprise to me! He knows his stuff, loves this area and I feel like he is passionate about the industry. If more agents were like Steve, the industry would have a completely different reputation! I can not recommend Steve highly enough!! He was fabulous, and if we are buying/selling in the future (not for ages I hope LOL), we will 100% be coming to Steve!
