In this way rather than doing some costly renovations - the property was presented in a way that suited the buyer and myself as the seller. When my mother passed away and we had to sell her property, Steve was there for us every step of the way. It was an extremely difficult time for my brother and I as we both lived interstate and COVID was preventing us from being able to get to Bilambil Heights and deal with her estate. We needed a variety of trades to help us get the property ready, i.e. cleaners, gardeners, rubbish removers and the like, and as Steve seems to know just about everyone, he was able to arrange these people for us. Mum's home was only on the market for a short while when it sold and he got us the price we wanted. He even attended the property after the sale and he and his son personally removed some remaining rubbish and cleaned the place up for the new owners.
