As we don't buy house every day, there are a lot of even basic and even silly questions that a homebuyer especially a first home buyer would have. The only other feedback I would like to provide is for Starr Partners, when you remove your sign boards\signage from the property then you should fill up the holes as they are quiet deep and can be a hazard for the kids.
