I have great pleasure in writing about my experience selling my home through Ray White and in particular with the attentive help of Steve Smith. A summary would be to say that Steve went that extra mile in every area to do with the sale! He patiently communicated with me every step of the way. He took time to explain any aspect of the process that I had questions about - and would even gently explain it a second time! He kept me updated with feedback throughout. The continual effort to which Steve went to solve problems that arose dealing with the different people involved, gave me a window into the hard work, the long hours of commitment, the diplomacy and wisdom that is involved for a real estate salesman. Steve is a very skilled negotiator. Steve kept his word to me and I always felt he was working for me to get the very best result. As we prepared for the open house, I can even see Steve going to get his leaf blower and while I was caught up, he went out to make sure everything was looking at its very best. Nothing was too much trouble for him. It was a wonderfully rewarding experience in many senses ...and we did have a remarkable result! Thank you ever so much for all this Steve.

Steve was very professional diligent and respectful through all our dealings. He went the extra yard for us when he picked us up from the station and drove us to the property and then dropped us back at the station after the inspection. He continued to stay in touch in the leadup to the auction and was kind enough to answer a call close to midnight in the aftermath of our successful bid. We were very happy with his service.
