I was disappointed initially with what Steve thought the property was worth versus what the market subsequently determined. Right from the outset, Steve impressed us with his enthusiasm and professionalism. Of all the agents we interviewed about selling our house, Steve presented the most comprehensive package of information on which to base our expectations and had obviously done his homework before talking to us. We were impressed with the in-house styling services offered by his agency at a very reasonable fee and the fact that Steve was prepared to work under a performance based fee schedule rather than the fixed commission demanded by most agents. While there were a number of ups & downs with potential buyers during the sale process, Steve remained extremely positive throughout. We also felt that the marketing material produced by Steve’s staff and subcontractors was excellent. In the end, Steve achieved a very acceptable outcome for our property and in a remarkably short period of time.
