
Steve Song
We first met Steve at least a year before we were interested in selling our house. He gave us a great first impression and even though we weren't looking at selling at that point in time, we kept his card for future reference. Other agents had always knocked on the door but none gave us the level of confidence that Steve did. Our situation changed when we bought our dream block so we called up Steve and told him we were thinking of selling. We talked about wether we should finalise the renovations or just finalise the outstanding items. His advice was crucial and we signed up to sell with Ray White that day. Steve advised that while we were painting the house, he would advise potential clients of the house being listed soon. Before the house had even been listed on the open market, he had secured an offer that was above our expectations and we had signed a contract within a week. Steve (and his Holland Park Ray White team) had obtained the price he thought he could achieve and we were more than happy with his performance and would be happy to recommend him to anyone in the future.
