We enlisted the services of Steve Song to sell our property in Mansfield. The property was tenanted and we are not residents of Brisbane. We entrusted the sale preparation to Belle Property and were delighted with the assistance we were given to prepare the house for sale and the ultimate presentation was outstanding. Steve did not rest until the property was officially sold. He handled follow up with prospective buyers and the negotiations in an extremely professional manner.
