I was apprehensive about the selling process as it was my mother's home, not mine, and it was in a Residential Park. Steve was very informative about other sales in the park and explained everything very well. He responded promptly to my emails and phone calls and the whole process went very smoothly. It was a very distressing time for me dealing with my mother in hospital after a stroke, but I was quite comfortable leaving Steve to deal with the house sale in a very professional manner. The house was sold within a couple of weeks of it being listed, Steve negotiated an excellent price and my mother was extremely pleased as was I with the quick settlement.
