Steve's appraisal was realistic and hopeful. He laid out the process ahead of us and discribed possible outcomes without exageration. When Steve arrived to 'kick start' the selling process I held definite ideas about styling and Steve kindly talked me around. The styling was lovely. Over a very wet weekend, followed by a long weekend, Steve sold our home. Amazing. We are very happy with every aspect of Steve's work and the price he acheived for our much loved property. Steve is very good at his job.
