Right from the start Steve was different to the other agents we spoke with. He approached the sale in a different way from the first phone call. He uses a custom data driven method of sale that he explained in detail in our first phone call, and he followed exactly what he said right through the whole process. Using his team of gardeners, painters and stagers (all very fairly priced) he managed the entire process of getting the house ready. Just over a week from first listing the house, he achieved right on the price he predicted at the start, which was higher than other agents assessments. In one week, Steve achieved a price higher than other agents predicted after a six week auction process. We couldn't recommend Steve and his team any higher.
