Steve approached us with an offer to sell our vacant land in Ferntree Grove Aspendale Gardens. We advised him a minimum price we would only sell for and he negotiated with the purchasers on a final figure which was very close to our expectation and we believe a great price for vacant land in Aspendale Gardens.
