Communication was excellent, always kept me up to date, he was exceptionally helpful when a few last minute issues cropped up

My first time selling a property and Steve made the process simple to understand, so much so that I've never met Steve in person - I could've if I wanted to but this was my preference. Steve helped along the way by answering all my queries and attending to contractors etc who needed to access the property whenever I requested. He communicated well throughout the process and I had a successful sale during the midst of the lock down.

Steve was very personable, helpful and readily available to answer questions when needed. The only problem arose with the Strata Management Company which failed to supply a key to the gate which gave access to the rear of the property. The gate was locked with a padlock. Objections were made on removal of this lock. Strata Management replaced it but it was a week before I, the owner was supplied with a key, giving access to the rear of the property. Perhaps this could be addressed in the sale of Unit 10 which also has an access via laneway and locked gate.

Steve has sold several plots of land for us and has proved absolutely invaluable once again. The service has been faultless and we can’t recommend him enough.
