Steve and Cheryl from Blue Moon Property at Golden Beach recently sold our investment home in Baringa. Having had Steve sell our home and our parents home over the years in Pelican Waters I was initially sceptical of Steve selling a property outside "our area". Well how wrong I was. Steve and Cheryl thoroughly investigated the Aura Masterplan for the future of this area to have a better understanding of what this area was offering in the way of parks, education and shopping precincts so they were prepared for any potential buyers. Only 2 open homes for this 5 bedroom, 2 bath had it sold and secured by a local and his family. Couldnt have been happier. Steve and Cheryl were absolutely amazing with our tenants and met with them a few times to ensure they were aware how everything would work and ensure there was minimal disruption to their lives at open home time.
